  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast:ย In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Prepare the dough:ย In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, melted butter, and salt. Mix well.
