Description

Cottage Cheese Flatbread is a high-protein, low-carb alternative to traditional flatbread, made with just a few simple ingredients and perfect for wraps, pizzas, or dipping.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using). Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a flat, even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Let cool slightly before cutting into desired shapes or sizes.
  6. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Use almond flour for a gluten-free and lower-carb option.
  • This flatbread works well as a base for pizza or sandwich wraps.
  • For added flavor, mix in herbs like oregano or chives.
