A colorful, no-bake layered cheesecake that tastes just like cotton candy, topped with real cotton candy for a fun, whimsical treat.

- 2 sleeves graham crackers, crushed
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar (for crust)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1 Tbsp JELL-O Berry Blue
- 1 Tbsp JELL-O Cherry
- 1 Tbsp JELL-O Lemon
- 3 cups hot water (1 cup per flavor)
- Cotton candy for topping
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- Combine crumbs, 1 Tbsp sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 6-inch springform pan. Freeze until set.
- Whip heavy cream and 1 Tbsp sugar to stiff peaks; refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and chill.
- Dissolve each JELL-O flavor in 1 cup hot water in separate bowls and let cool.
- Divide cream cheese mixture into three bowls; stir one JELL-O flavor into each.
- Layer the blue mixture over crust; freeze for about 45 minutes.
- Add the cherry layer; freeze again. Repeat with the lemon layer.
- Freeze the entire cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, remove from pan and top with cotton candy.
Notes
- Let JELL-O mixtures cool before combining to prevent melting the filling.
- Press each layer down gently to remove air gaps.
- Chilling overnight ensures clean slices.
- Top with cotton candy just before serving to avoid melting.
