- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 slices of cooked bacon
- 6 breakfast sausage patties (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping them intact, and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook the scrambled eggs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until fluffy.
- Layer the cooked scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
- Sprinkle the crumbled sausage and bacon pieces over the eggs.
- Top with shredded cheese, spreading it evenly.
- Place the top half of the buns over the cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
