These Cowboy Breakfast Sliders are a hearty and delicious way to start your day! Packed with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, gooey melted cheese, and a touch of butter, theyโ€™re the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a make-ahead meal for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon
  • 6 breakfast sausage patties (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping them intact, and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook the scrambled eggs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until fluffy.
  4. Layer the cooked scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled sausage and bacon pieces over the eggs.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, spreading it evenly.
  7. Place the top half of the buns over the cheese layer.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Customize the filling with diced bell peppers, onions, or jalapeรฑos for extra flavor.
  • For meal prep, assemble the sliders the night before and bake in the morning.
