Description
It’s made with crab meat, cream cheese, and seasonings, then baked until bubbly. This dip is perfect for gatherings and can be served with crispy wonton chips, crackers, or vegetables.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 12 ounces lump crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced (reserve some for garnish)
- Sweet chili sauce, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:ย Set the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Prepare Mixture:ย In a bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sriracha (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add Crab and Cheese:ย Gently fold in the lump crab meat, ยพ cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and most of the sliced green onions, leaving some for garnish.
- Bake:ย Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ยผ cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve:ย After baking, drizzle with sweet chili sauce if desired, and garnish with the reserved green onions. Serve warm with wonton chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- Wonton Chips:ย To make wonton chips, cut wonton wrappers into triangles, lightly brush with oil, and bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Crab Meat:ย Fresh lump crab meat is ideal, but canned or imitation crab meat can be used as alternatives.
- Adjusting Heat:ย Modify the amount of sriracha and sweet chili sauce to suit your preferred spice level.
