For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or slider buns)
- 6 large eggs, scrambled
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
For the Buttery Glaze:
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the softened cream cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and both cheeses over the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
- Make the Buttery Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
- Brush the buttery glaze generously over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

- Swap bacon for cooked sausage or ham if you prefer.
