These Crack Breakfast Sliders are packed with eggs, bacon, and cheese, then topped with a buttery, ranch-flavored glaze. Theyโ€™re the ultimate breakfast sandwich for busy mornings, brunches, or even meal prep.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or slider buns)
  • 6 large eggs, scrambled
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

For the Buttery Glaze:

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the softened cream cheese over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and both cheeses over the rolls.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  • Make the Buttery Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the buttery glaze generously over the tops of the sliders.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Swap bacon for cooked sausage or ham if you prefer.
  • Make ahead: Assemble the sliders the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Bake the next morning.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top before baking.
