- 1 lb (16 oz) ground pork sausage (mild or spicy)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven toย 375ยฐF (190ยฐC)ย and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine theย sausage and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add theย cheddar cheese,ย flour,ย baking powder,ย salt, andย garlic powderย (if using). Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
