- Season:ย Sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
- Roll and Slice:ย Tightly roll up each tortilla. Using a sharp knife, trim the ends and cut each roll into 1-inch pieces, yielding about 6 bites per tortilla.
- Cook:ย In a large nonstick pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the tortilla bites in the pan, cut side down, and cook for about 1 minute per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
