- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides. - Cook the Salmon:
