Instructions
- Prepare Chicken & Bacon – Cook the chicken tenders according to package instructions, or fry your homemade tenders until golden and crispy. Cook bacon strips in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Prepare Vegetables & Cheese – While chicken and bacon are cooking, shred the lettuce, dice the tomato, and grate the cheddar cheese.
- Assemble the Wrap – Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons ranch dressing down the center. Top with 2 crispy chicken tenders, 2 bacon strips, 1/2 cup lettuce, half the tomatoes, and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Repeat with second tortilla.
- Wrap Tightly – Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure all the fillings.
- Grill the Wrap (Optional) – For extra crispiness, melt a bit of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add wraps, seam-side down, and grill 2-3 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
- Serve – Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
