Description

A sweet and salty snack mix loaded with popcorn, pretzels, M&Ms, and melted white chocolate—perfect for Valentine’s Day parties, gifts, or just a fun treat!


Ingredients

  • 6 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup Valentine’s M&Ms
  • 1 cup pink and red sprinkles
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup conversation heart candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, pretzels, M&Ms, and mini marshmallows.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the snack mix and toss gently to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the Valentine’s sprinkles and conversation hearts over the mix while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Let the mixture sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, about 20 minutes.
