Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add the cherry pie filling and carefully fold it in, making sure not to break up the cherries too much.
- Stir in mini marshmallows, nuts, and coconut if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
