Instructions
- To make cauliflower rice, remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and chop it into florets. Use a food processor or box grater to grate the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the grated cauliflower, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and slightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
