- 14 oz (400 g) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
-
Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
-
Make the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
-
Color and Swirl the Filling:
- Divide the filling evenly into three or more bowls, depending on how many colors you wish to use.
- Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each bowl, stirring until the desired pastel shades are achieved.
- Spoon dollops of each colored filling into the prepared crust, alternating colors randomly.
- Once all the filling is added, use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect. Be careful not to overmix.
-
Set the Pie:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
-
Serve:
- Once set, slice and serve the pie chilled.
