- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

- Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface. Cut it into 12 even strips, about 1 inch wide.
- Take each strip and tie it into a knot, then place each knot on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each garlic knot, making sure to coat them well.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for added flavor and garnish.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious garlic knots!
Notes
- If you want a fluffier texture, let the dough rise for 10 minutes before baking.
- These can be made ahead and frozen. Just bake and freeze, and reheat when ready to serve.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
