Ingredients

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Melt the butter:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. -
Add sugar & flavoring:
Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Cook for 1–2 minutes until it turns into a smooth caramel sauce. -
Add the bananas:
Gently add the banana slices to the skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until they’re soft and caramelized but not mushy. -
