- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease and set the beef aside. - Sautรฉ Vegetables:
