Ingredients

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or full-fat)

1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for balance)

1-2 tbsp water or milk (to thin, as needed)

Optional: 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill, parsley, or chives for extra flavor
Instructions
Mix ingredients:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency:
Add water or milk a little at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and season:
Adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice to taste. Stir in fresh herbs if using.
Serve or store:
Use immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Shake or stir before each use.
