Description

This Easy Creamy Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing is a healthy, protein-rich alternative to store-bought dressings. Made with plain Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs, itโ€™s perfectly tangy, creamy, and flavorful. Use it on green salads, grain bowls, wraps, or as a dip!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or full-fat)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for balance)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1-2 tbsp water or milk (to thin, as needed)

  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill, parsley, or chives for extra flavor


Instructions

Mix ingredients:

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

 

Adjust consistency:

Add water or milk a little at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.

 

Taste and season:

Adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice to taste. Stir in fresh herbs if using.

 

Serve or store:
