Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Season the chicken:
Place chicken breasts in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat evenly. -
Add toppings:
Scatter cherry tomatoes around and on top of the chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over everything. -
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (74°C). Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden cheesy top, if desired.

Let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using, and serve hot.
