  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups cubed bread (French bread or sandwich bread)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven toย 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease aย 9×13-inch baking dishย with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a skillet overย medium heat, cook theย sausageย until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together theย eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard powder.
