- 1/2 cup ricotta, goat cheese, or cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix diced strawberries with balsamic glaze, honey (if using), basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread a generous layer of cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top with the strawberry mixture and serve immediately.
