Description

These Easy Turkey Bacon Ranch Sliders are a perfect party appetizer or quick weeknight dinner, loaded with layers of turkey, crispy bacon, cheese, and ranch flavor on soft Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb sliced deli turkey
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them, and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Layer sliced turkey, chopped bacon, and shredded cheese on top.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on and gently press down.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use any cheese like mozzarella or Swiss instead of cheddar.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for easy prep.
  • Great for parties, potlucks, or game day snacks.
