Description

Fresh Strawberry Yum Yum is a layered no-bake dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake-style filling, fresh strawberries, and a whipped topping. It’s cool, fluffy, and bursting with strawberry flavor — perfect for spring and summer!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (or 1 tub whipped topping)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks (or use whipped topping).
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the chilled crust.
  6. Toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar, then layer over the cream layer.
  7. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the strawberries.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  9. Optional: garnish with additional strawberries or graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes

  • Make a day ahead for the best texture and flavor.
  • Frozen strawberries can be used if thawed and well-drained.
  • Use a food processor to easily crush graham crackers into crumbs.
