- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (or 1 tub whipped topping)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks (or use whipped topping).
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the chilled crust.
- Toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar, then layer over the cream layer.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture over the strawberries.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Optional: garnish with additional strawberries or graham cracker crumbs before serving.
Notes
- Make a day ahead for the best texture and flavor.
- Frozen strawberries can be used if thawed and well-drained.
- Use a food processor to easily crush graham crackers into crumbs.
