A refreshing and fruity twist on the classic mojito, this Fresh Watermelon Mojito combines juicy watermelon with mint, lime, and sparkling water for a perfect summer drink.

- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 ounces white rum (optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon cubes until they release their juice.
- Add mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar (if using), and gently muddle to release the mint oils and lime juice.
- Add white rum if using and stir to combine.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
- Strain or pour the muddled mixture into the glass.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves or a small wedge of watermelon if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
- Use chilled watermelon for an extra cool drink.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness of watermelon.
