Description

Frozen S’mores are a fun and easy dessert that’s perfect for warm weather. This no-bake treat combines layers of creamy chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers, all chilled to perfection for a refreshing twist on the classic campfire favorite.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • For the Chocolate Layer:
    • 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 2 cups cold milk
  • For the Marshmallow Layer:
    • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • For the Base and Top:
    • 12 graham cracker sheets (about 24 squares)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Marshmallow Layer:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff until fully combined.
  3. Assemble the S’mores:
    • Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
    • Arrange a layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom of the dish.
    • Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the graham crackers.
    • Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
    • Spread the marshmallow mixture over the graham crackers.
    • Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
  4. Freeze the S’mores:
Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Serve:
Remove from the freezer and use the parchment overhang to lift the dessert from the dish. Cut into squares and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add a drizzle of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate on top before freezing for extra indulgence.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
