Frozen S’mores are a fun and easy dessert that’s perfect for warm weather. This no-bake treat combines layers of creamy chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers, all chilled to perfection for a refreshing twist on the classic campfire favorite.

- For the Chocolate Layer:
- 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- For the Marshmallow Layer:
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- For the Base and Top:
- 12 graham cracker sheets (about 24 squares)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Layer:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Set aside. - Prepare the Marshmallow Layer:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff until fully combined. - Assemble the S’mores:
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
- Arrange a layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom of the dish.
- Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
- Spread the marshmallow mixture over the graham crackers.
- Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
- Freeze the S’mores:
Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. - Serve:
Remove from the freezer and use the parchment overhang to lift the dessert from the dish. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add a drizzle of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate on top before freezing for extra indulgence.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
