- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped fruit, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
