For the Twists:
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Garlic Butter:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat ovenย to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza doughย into a large rectangle (about 12×10 inches).
- Spread Alfredo sauceย evenly over half of the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and crumbled baconย on top of the sauce.
- Fold the doughย over to cover the toppings and press down gently.
- Cut into 1-inch strips, then twist each strip a few times.
- Place twists on the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Brush with garlic butterย (melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
