For the Steak Bites:
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Lemon Zucchini Noodles:
- 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak Bites:
- Season the steak cubes generously with salt and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes in a single layer (work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding). Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Add the minced garlic and remaining 2 tbsp butter. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Set aside.
- Make the Lemon Zucchini Noodles:
- In the same pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and the minced garlic. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the spiralized zucchini noodles and sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
- Serve:
- Plate the lemon zucchini noodles and top with the garlic butter steak bites.
- Garnish with extra parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired.
