This Garlic Chicken is juicy, flavorful, and packed with bold garlic goodness. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, itโ€™s simple to prepare with just a few ingredients, yet it delivers a rich, savory taste. Serve it with rice, pasta, or your favorite vegetables for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional for color)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5โ€“7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 2โ€“3 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning some of the garlic sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add a splash of cream or a tablespoon of grated Parmesan for a richer sauce.
  • Substitute chicken thighs if you prefer juicier, more flavorful meat.
  • Adjust garlic to your taste if you like it milder or stronger.
