- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional for color)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5โ7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 2โ3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning some of the garlic sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
