Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are irresistibly savory handheld treats, featuring juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and a golden biscuit crust brushed with garlicky Parmesan butter. Perfect for parties, game days, or fun family dinners, these stuffed biscuit bombs combine the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with a flavorful, cheesy twist.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Filling

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Biscuit Dough

  • 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s well distributed.
  2. Flatten the Biscuit Dough – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits, and flatten each one into a 4- to 5-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Fill and Shape – Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit round. Carefully pinch the edges of the dough up and around the filling, sealing the seams to form a ball. Place each seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter – In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake – Brush each biscuit bomb generously with the garlic Parmesan butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are puffed and golden brown.
  6. Serve – Remove from the oven and brush again with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped pickles or cooked bacon bits to the filling.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Leftovers reheat well in the oven or air fryer for a crispy exterior.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, like ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce.
