- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat ovenย to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the garlic butter:ย In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Coat the crackers:ย Place Ritz crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush each cracker with the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake:ย Bake for 5-7 minutes until the crackers are lightly golden and crispy.
