Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
- If using, add a few fresh thyme leaves or arugula on top.
- Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is warmed through.
