Description

These Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are the ultimate cheesy snack or appetizer. Soft, golden biscuits stuffed with melty mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection. Perfect for parties, game day, or whenever you’re craving something irresistibly cheesy!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half (or 16 small mozzarella cubes)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the biscuits: Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your hands.
  3. Add the cheese: Place one piece of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely. Roll gently into a ball.
  4. Arrange on the baking sheet: Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down, spacing them slightly apart.
  5. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley.
  6. Brush and sprinkle: Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy the cheesy goodness!

Notes

  • Add a slice of pepperoni or cooked sausage inside for a fun twist.
  • For an extra crispy finish, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
  • These are best served warm but can be reheated in the oven to restore crispiness.
