- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 tbsp butter, softened

- Top each with 1 slice of cheddar, a scoop of the sloppy joe mixture, another slice of cheddar, and a second slice of bread (buttered side up).
- Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use other cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variation.
- For extra flavor, add pickles or jalapeรฑos to the filling.
- Use Texas toast or thick-cut bread for a heartier sandwich.
