Description

Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps are a quick and delicious twist on a classic burger. These wraps combine juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and your favorite burger toppings, all grilled to perfection in a tortilla. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings, they offer all the flavor of a cheeseburger in a handheld wrap.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Cooking spray or a light drizzle of oil (for grilling)

Instructions

  • Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine. Remove from heat.
  • Assemble the wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of ketchup and mustard onto the tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked beef, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Grill the wraps:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or oil. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
  • Serve:
Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately with additional ketchup or dipping sauces.

Notes

  • You can customize these wraps with your favorite burger toppings like sautรฉed onions, jalapeรฑos, or bacon.
  • For a lower-carb option, use low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps.
  • These wraps can be prepped ahead and grilled just before serving.
