- 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch thick wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Brush both sides of watermelon wedges with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place watermelon wedges on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with lime juice if using.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
