Description

This Ground Turkey and Zucchini Skillet is a quick and easy one-pan meal that is packed with flavor. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner, this dish is healthy, delicious, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ground Turkey:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Zucchini Mixture:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Turkey: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  2. Add Veggies: Push the turkey to the side of the skillet and add zucchini, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Season: Sprinkle paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
