Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half or whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges as desired.
  3. Sprinkle the diced ham and cheeses evenly over the bottom of the crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
