Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, chopped dill (or parsley), green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of ham.
- Roll up each slice of ham tightly to form a cylinder shape, securing the filling inside.
- Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces, if desired, or serve the entire rolled-up slices as-is.
- Optional: Garnish with pickles or olives for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, you can add thinly sliced cucumber or bell pepper inside the roll-ups.
