  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9ร—13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and optional diced bell peppers over the hash browns.
