- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese (if using), garlic powder, and pepper until evenly combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with veggie sticks, whole grain crackers, or toasted pita chips.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk or a bit more cream cheese.
- This dip can also be made in a slow cooker on low for 2–3 hours.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
