- 36 OREO cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
- 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- 12 oz pink or red candy melts
- Sprinkles or decorative sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the OREO mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed OREO cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms. - Shape the hearts:
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and then shape it into a heart. Use your hands or a small heart-shaped cookie cutter for precision. Place the hearts on a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Chill the hearts:
Refrigerate the hearts for 1-2 hours, or until firm. - Coat in chocolate:
Melt the white chocolate and candy melts separately according to package instructions. Dip each heart into the white chocolate or pink/red candy melts, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow any excess to drip off. - Decorate:
Add sprinkles or decorative sugar immediately after coating, before the chocolate hardens. - Set the chocolate:
Place the coated hearts back on the parchment-lined sheet and allow them to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. - Serve and enjoy:
