  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Honey Butter Garlic Glaze:

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a hint of heat)

Instructions

    • Season the salmon cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  2. Cook the Salmon:
    • Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Glaze the Salmon:
    • Return the salmon bites to the skillet and gently toss to coat them in the glaze.
    • Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly.
  5. Serve:
    • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley or sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute maple syrup for honey if desired.
  • For extra crispness, lightly coat salmon cubes in cornstarch before frying.
