Ingredients

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp honey

1 (16 oz) bag frozen sweet corn (or 3 cups fresh/canned corn, drained)

2 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until smooth and bubbling.

Add the corn and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Stir in the cream cheese and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until melted and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve warm straight from the skillet!
