Description

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is a quick and easy side dish made with sweet corn, creamy butter, and a drizzle of honey. It’s rich, slightly sweet, and incredibly comforting — perfect for holidays, potlucks, or weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen sweet corn (or 3 cups fresh/canned corn, drained)

  • 2 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until smooth and bubbling.

  2. Add the corn and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

  3. Stir in the cream cheese and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until melted and creamy.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve warm straight from the skillet!

Notes

  • You can use canned corn (drained) or fresh corn off the cob.

  • Add a pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika for a sweet and spicy kick.

  • Easily double the recipe for larger crowds.
