Description

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is a quick and easy side dish made with sweet corn, creamy butter, and a drizzle of honey. Itโ€™s rich, slightly sweet, and incredibly comforting โ€” perfect for holidays, potlucks, or weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen sweet corn (or 3 cups fresh/canned corn, drained)

  • 2 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until smooth and bubbling.

  2. Add the corn and cook for 5โ€“6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

  3. Stir in the cream cheese and cook for another 2โ€“3 minutes, until melted and creamy.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve warm straight from the skillet!

Notes

  • You can use canned corn (drained) or fresh corn off the cob.

  • Add a pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika for a sweet and spicy kick.

  • Easily double the recipe for larger crowds.
