These Hot Honey Garlic Flatbread Pizzas are a flavor explosion! Crispy flatbread is topped with melty cheese, savory garlic sauce, and a drizzle of spicy honey for that perfect sweet heat. Quick to make and totally addictive.
Ingredients
For the flatbread base:

2-4 flatbreads or naan (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste
For the toppings:

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup ricotta (optional, for creaminess)

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh basil, chopped (for topping)
For the hot honey:

1/3 cup honey

1-2 tsp hot sauce (like Frank’s, Sriracha, or chili crisp)

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Make garlic oil: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Brush over each flatbread.
Layer toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the garlic oil base. Add small dollops of ricotta (if using) and top with red onion slices.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and edges are crispy.
Make hot honey: While pizzas bake, warm the honey slightly (in microwave or on stovetop), then stir in hot sauce and red pepper flakes.
Drizzle hot honey over the baked pizzas. Top with fresh basil.
Slice and serve hot!
