Description

This creamy strawberry fudge is a delightful treat that combines the rich sweetness of white chocolate with the fresh, vibrant flavor of strawberries. It’s easy to make, requires no baking, and is perfect for sharing at parties, holidays, or just for a sweet indulgence!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into a powder

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and white chocolate chips over low heat.

  • Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

  • Remove from heat and stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully combined.

  • Pour the strawberry fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.

  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours, or until it is firm enough to cut into squares.

  • Once firm, remove from the baking dish using the parchment paper and cut into small squares or rectangles.

  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Make sure to use freeze-dried strawberries, not fresh or frozen strawberries, as they give the fudge its smooth, creamy texture without adding excess moisture.

  • You can substitute white chocolate chips with milk chocolate chips for a different flavor.

  • If you want to add a touch of color, sprinkle extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top before refrigerating.
