- 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices Genoa salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers (drained)
- 1/4 cup chopped banana peppers or pepperoncini (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach or arugula
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Italian dressing until smooth.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each.
- Layer each tortilla with 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of salami, 2 slices of pepperoni, and 1 slice of provolone cheese.
- Sprinkle roasted red peppers, banana peppers (if using), and spinach evenly over the meat and cheese layers.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.

- Make these ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Swap in turkey or other meats for a different flavor profile.
