Description

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper (if using).
  • Add the olive oil and egg to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about โ…› inch thick.
  • Carefully remove the top layer of parchment paper. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into small squares.
  • Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt on top of the crackers.
