- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
- Sea salt for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper (if using).
- Add the olive oil and egg to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about โ inch thick.
- Carefully remove the top layer of parchment paper. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into small squares.
- Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt on top of the crackers.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
