- Sear the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove to a plate and cover loosely with foil.
