For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

For the Dough:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
For Serving:
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Meatballs: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Sprinkle each triangle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, and parsley.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Place a meatball at the wide end of each dough triangle and roll up. Arrange the roll-ups on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan. Serve the Meatball Roll-Ups with warm marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
